Curl and Press



The Dumbbell Curl and Press combines a bicep curl with an overhead press, targeting the biceps, shoulders, and triceps for upper body strength.


HOW TO PERFORM:  

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding dumbbells by your sides, palms facing in.

  2. Rotate palms forward and curl the weights up to shoulder height, keeping elbows close to your body.

  3. Rotate palms out and press the dumbbells overhead until arms are fully extended.

  4. Lower the dumbbells back to your shoulders, then return to the starting position.
